YOUR GROUP'S NAME of LOCATION, is participating in a Colonial-American Encampment with the Colonial Camp. The Encampment begins on DATE, and concludes on DATE. It is held at LOCATION.

This page is designed to answer questions, provide information, and make it easy for you to register for this event.

Use the Registration Form to register for this event. The cost is $FEE per participating registrant. The registration fee includes all clothing, accommodations, food, materials, and activities for the entire event.

There is no charge for non-participating children under 5.

The registration deadline is DATE.

Download the form, print it out, complete it, and mail or fax it in to the Encampment COORDINATOR. Many questions may be answered by perusing this website; you may direct other questions to the Coordinator or register for the event at:

During the Encampment, you will participate in numerous Colonial crafts and activities. You will experience the lifestyle of a Pioneer family living during the 1770s. The activities will be age appropriate for all registrants from preschool to senior citizens.

The campsite is at an undisclosed location to the general public. You must use our directions to locate the campsite.

What to Bring

You only need to bring:


    The Colonial Camp promotes American values.

  • A sleeping bag
  • Bug spray
  • Sun screen
  • A towel
  • Personal toiletries (shaving cream, razor, toothpaste, toothbrush, feminine hygiene, etcetera)
  • Men wear their own pants (natural fibers only, please; please no shorts, only long pants)
  • Please do not wear synthetic sneakers -- preferably leather shoes
  • We recommend bringing a flashlight
  • Money for the Trading Post. We recommend $5-25 for each participant. The Trading Post contains many toys, games, and period reproductions. Many items cost only $1
